For sales planning and partner teams

Onboard partners
same day, no paperwork.

Weeks before a new distributor or partner can use the app. That waiting time is lost revenue. Tactna issues IDs automatically under the manufacturer's policy and gives partners a portal to manage their own users. Partners move at the speed of the business.

Problem

Weeks pass
before they can start.

Forms, sign-offs, waiting on IT. The partner waits the whole time.

A new distributor is signed, but their people can't use ordering or the price list for weeks. Sales planning circulates forms, waits on IT, and can only tell the partner "please wait a little longer."

  • WeeksFrom request to first loginFill in the form, get the manager's approval, ask IT, issue per app. Onboarding a single partner takes weeks and a dozen emails.
  • ITAsk IT every timeAdding users, handovers, permission changes: all requests to IT. The business cannot move its own partners' access.
  • Lost revenueWhile they wait, orders go back to the phoneUntil the ID arrives, orders go back to fax and phone and price lists go out as PDFs. Partner experience suffers and digital investments never pay off.

How it is solved

Problem by problem,
what changes.

  1. 01

Weeks from request to first login

    Before

Form → approval → IT → issued app by app.

    After

Invite the partner admin and they can add contacts and start the same day.

  2. 02

    Every change goes through IT

    Before

Adds, handovers, permission changes: request and wait.

    After

Actions within policy run automatically. Only exceptions go to approval.

  3. 03

No idea which distributors actually use it

    Before

No adoption data, no way to measure impact.

    After

Usage per partner on a dashboard. Act on distributors who are not using it.

A day in that job

After go-live,
three moments.

  • Scene 01

The day a new distributor signs

The day the contract is signed, the distributor admin is invited to Tactna. They open the Portal from the email and add three sales reps. The next morning, the first order is in the ordering system.

Sales planning writes no forms. Sends no request emails to IT.

  • Scene 02

The day a distributor calls to say the contact is changing

"Add the new person in the Portal and remove the old one." That's it. Five minutes later, two more lines in the audit log.

The rep who takes the call no longer loses a day relaying it to IT.

  • Scene 03

The day before the quarterly distributor meeting

Sort distributors by usage on the dashboard. Eight barely open the price list. "Price list adoption" goes on the meeting agenda.

    Partner programs measured in logins.

An industrial valve manufacturer with a global distributor network. IDs for several distributor-facing apps were unified on Tactna, with inactivity detection, auto-lock, and automatic deletion from every system built in. OutSystems seat-license cost was optimized as well.

FAQ

Before you buy,
what people ask.

Can partners use it without IT staff?

Yes. The Portal only asks for an email address and a role; no IT knowledge needed. Support contact can be set to someone on the manufacturer side.

Do we stay in control without IT approvals?

The business and IT define what is allowed as an access policy. Within policy is automatic, outside it goes to approval. Everything lands in the audit log, so control gets stronger.

Will distributors actually use the Portal?

For distributors it is faster than asking and waiting, and they can see their own people's status. It ships in the manufacturer's logo and colors, so it reads as part of the manufacturer's service.

How long does rollout take?

It depends on partners and apps, but importing your distributor list as CSV and starting with one app gets you live in a few weeks.
