Vision

Own your ecosystem.

No company lives alone.

Around it are distributors, partners, customers.

And soon, AI.

Nobody is in charge.

People come and go, things shift and change,

and somehow the whole thing stays alive.

That's an ecosystem.

Leave it alone, and it runs wild.

Hold it too tight, and it dies.

So don't control it. Take responsibility for it.

Own your ecosystem.

churn. Every customer is still on Tactna.

Mission

Authentication is solved, and lifecycle is the next frontier.

「Authentication is solved. Lifecycle is the next frontier. People join, change roles, and leave, and now AI agents join them. Nobody had a layer that keeps who and what can get into which app always current. We are building that layer as Tactna."

Yoshito Sudo

CEO & Founder, TC3 K.K.

The shift we see

The identity layer no longer ends at authentication.

  • People today, AI agents next

AI agents will need an owner, a role, app access, and expiry too. Tactna's lifecycle model extends from human users to agents as is. Not just who, but what can get in, managed in the same ledger.

  • For companies with many apps

Companies keep adding products for customers and partners. With IDs and organizations split per app, every joiner, mover, and leaver creates a gap. You need a platform where one ID and one organization model are shared by every app.

  • Self-service as the norm

Customers and partners managing their own users and access becomes the norm. Combining delegation with governance is at Tactna's core: the manufacturer sets policy, partners run their side, and Tactna keeps everything in sync.

Built by a team that knows identity inside out.

From implementing enterprise identity platforms to scaling B2B SaaS and rolling out products at major financial institutions. TC3 pours its experience as a leading Okta (Auth0) partner in Japan into Tactna.
